SIG’s Joint Powers Board is comprised of one representative and one alternate from each of the member districts.  The Joint Powers Board meets twice a year (May and October) on the first Wednesday of the month. 

The Executive Committee has nine voting members from the member districts and one non-voting member from the Employee Benefit Review Committee.  Meetings are held monthly (except July and May and October due to Joint Powers Board meetings).

The Employee Benefit Review Committee is comprised of representatives from member districts.  Eight meetings are held yearly.
