How the Program Works

• Call Best Doctors at 1.866.904.0910 to speak to a Member Advocate who will help you get started.
• The Member Advocate will ask questions about your diagnosis or treatment plan and take your complete medical history. All information you share is CONFIDENTIAL.
• Best Doctors then compiles all of your medical information including all doctors’ records and tests. Your Member Advocate then searches their database to find the right expert doctor to review your case.
• Upon receipt of your medical information, including lab and/or pathology slides, Best Doctors writes a summary of the findings to provide answers to the questions you have about your diagnosis and treatment.
• You will receive a report summarizing the findings that either confirms or corrects the diagnosis or treatment plan.
• A complete report will be delivered to you and to the physician of your choice so that you can work together to confidently choose the most appropriate next steps together.
